I see Drew Brees as one of the top 7 QBs and that should bring them back, San Francisco has a lot of talent and just needs to figure out something consist ant at QB.

  1. Bush has so many legal problems I doubt he can commit what is needed to make New Orleans a winning team.

  2. The Saints defense made some serious upgrades in the off-season but the secondary is still bad. Drew throwing 4 td passes doesn't mean much if their defense allows 5.

The 49ers look to have improved with the offensive play calling of Martz.

Look for them to have closer games than last year.

  3. Even if san fran or n.o gets some good new players, don't you think it will take them at least a season to learn how to work together again?  I miss football when Michael Irving, Dion, Aikman, and Smith played.  There wasn't no better football then that.  GO COWBOYS!!!

  4. USC is better than New Orleans and San Francisco.

    Root for USC!

    Fight ON!!!

Fight On!!! Fight On!!! Fight ON to Victory!!

  5. New Orleans is a definite Super Bowl Contender in my opinion as long as Brees stays healthy and Bush, McAllister, Colston, Shocky, and the Defense can all be productive. On the other hand I think the 49ers aren't going anywhere until they find an answer at QB. They took Alex Smith #1 in the 05 draft which is now looking like a huge bust if he is loosing his starting role to J.V. O'Sullivan. Give the 49ers at least a couple years to really compete in the NFC.
