Wow, when someone tugs on their wedding ring that really means bad news for their marriage. I have seen this before & no matter how you look at it he is checking her out. I can't say what I am thinking cause it would be in violations of the rules here. ..My answer was going to be NO, he is not about to take his ring off he cheating on his first wife many times & I don't think he will take his ring off & be obvious but the tugging on it is really clear.
