Do you sell on ebay... new or used items??

Question

How has it work for you and what are some ways to deal with shipping them? I don't have a hard time selling but when it comes to shipping I always wonder what is the best and inexpensive way to ship such items. I wan't to keep selling but does it look bad if I try to make money on shipping the item too?

Sold thing on ebay.com and http://www.silkfair.com.  Ebay is great to get more eyes, but more costly for item(s) not sold.  So have store at silkfair as well, free store, unlimited listing and only 3% final sales fees.
