I cant go to the games because there are no seats left (subiaco needs a upgrade fast). So i watch it on TV

But are you really bad while watching AFL?

I get really into it, i get so hyped up when we are winning and really angrey when we loose.

I love all the crazy supporters!

Do you have any footy rituals?

How many of you get to see every game in the flesh at the oval every week???

  1. i am 15 and crazy about the eagles... i watch every game at home and go crazy, the eagles last year would be one of the best teams to watch because of there come backs and when they were doing that last year, i think my family lost there hearing. every time i watch a game of footy i cant stay quiet, even if its two teams like freo and collingwood, because i hate collingwood, i would want the dorkers to win so its crazy how i am always cheering a team to win... but its always twice as loud when watchin an eagles game... my sister is going to try get tickets to the dirby for my b'day which is close to the game, hopfully she doesnt fall asleep and miss them when they are selling... i have been to an average of 1eagles games a year but back in 03 and 04 i used to go with a frend to the dockers games and cheered them on(LOL) i was only 11 back then and still went for wce... i love footy and the eagles, cant wairt to see how they go against pies, i hate pies so dont come near my house this weekend!!! having priddis and kerr on the same team this year for only like the 3rd time will be good!!!

GO THE EAGLES... also if we win, u will here my music turned up and me singin the eagles theme...

  2. Yeah Hawk's supporter forever, the last couple of games we have been tested out. I actually listen to a fair bit of the games on the radio cause I'm always at work, and I much prefer listening to the commentary than on TV. A bit of drumming the hands on the steering wheel when the boys kick a goal, especially that comeback against Port two weeks ago!

  3. I love going to live games but don't put me near families cause those young kids will leave with bigger vocabularies lol

I'm even worse at home with a few drinks under the belt and my mates are worse than me.

When Geelong is winning; everything is sweeeeet, but when they're losing; every second word is Fu*k, Sh*t, Fu*cken Sh*t

Hawthorn footy fans are Geelong's rivals but we don't play them enough and last year they choked in the finals lol

Whenever channel seven are broadcasting Geelong games i try to go because I hate listening to their boring, disgraceful, pathetic commentary

  4. No.

My wife does enough yelling & abusing the umpires for both of us!

  5. after mummy changes my dirty nappy i watch the footy with my daddy .i call him my daddy buy i know he isn't because we arnt the same colour

  6. My dog used to bolt outside when my team was on telly

as for rituals beer and computer to keep up with dream team stats

  7. i am 14 (girl) and i go mad for the mighty west coast at home (coz the tickets are always SOLD out... rrr) i dress up in all my eagles gear...  i stand up and cheer and yell and scream loudly at every goal. i have done this for every game since i was six! n  i must admit i have cried when we have lost b4...

my dad yells and swears, my mum screams, my sis screams, my bro cheers... sumtimes we get sore throats!

once in a blue moon i get tickets to a game but basically on average 1 a yr... i saw the semi final against the dogs in 06 in the flesh... best game ever!!!

  8. yes, ofcourse!

i dont go to many games either, but atleast while watching the footy on TV you have freedom of speech, and wont get booed or whatever by the oponents supporters!!

so yeah... i jump up and down, hit things... but dont usually 'yell' at the TV... for like umpire decisions... mostly just goals and stuff =)

    it's heapsa fun!!

  9. Oh yeah, how can you not watch your own team on TV and not say anything, I can't help but yell at the TV.

My wife keeps telling me not to yell so loud, and when i really get into the game, she just looks at me as though I'm crazy.

The funny thing is now our sons doing it too and she can't believe it

    hahahahaha

  10. Not me.
