Do you sometimes announce that you have to go pee to everyone in the room?

I usually just say excuse me.  I think most folks can get the idea of where I am going.  I do know people who announce it every time.  I find it in poor taste, but there are a lot worse things people could say and do.

Yes and I hate it.  I don't say pee, though, I say bathroom and then afterwards I think, "Why can't I just leave it at 'Excuse me' " and leave the room?"

personally, no i do not

but when someone else announces it...i simply laugh and say "thank you for sharing with us"

No, I just get up and go, and don't say where unless someone asks.

Yeah, I do.  Usually when I am comfortable with people, I'll say it, or if I think people will wonder where I'm going, then I'll also say it... I'm weird though, so I don't know if I'm a good judge of etiquette! ;)
