GUTS AND STUFF EVERYWHERE

Do you possess

faculties and whatnot?

I mean stuff, like

fortitude and wherewithal.

How about a small

measure of clarity?

I don’t mean, like

acute or crystalline or anything.

What about drive?

Is there something inside you,

I mean, like, can it be

surgically removed?

  1. Accusatory tone is my forte,

    Because I like conversation

I'm not put off by a question

I could answer them all day.

  2. Guts is what it took for Frank to post his free verse...which I answered and which Y/A deleted.

    Applause for Frank!

  3. A schooner of clarety.

  4. Absolutely.

    Here's one of mine:

                                  The Cheney-Rumsfeld Epigram

    Overbearing, overmighty, over proud too,

You've got to be an idiot to follow this crew.

  5. We possibly need another phrase rather than "inside you". For what is truly inside is heart and lung - so where is the love and emotion? ♥

  6. Clever poem, sir.  Yes, I am guilty of accusations and a sure drive.  It is me and cannot be surgically or psychically removed.
