1. you shouldn't do that. lying is always as bad as it is infectious. be carefull white lies roll downhill and create $hitty snowmen.

maybe if people knew you were lonely they would hang out with you more often.

  2. Of course, to tell you the truth I think everyone has done that at least once. I don't do it all the time because I'm comfortable with being in my own little world, but sometimes I exaggerate or say things we did while hanging out...when in reality we did hang out but maybe not quite as long as I said, maybe not staying up quite as late as I said or maybe something wasn't talked about that I said was...but normally I"m an honest person and stick to the truth...but these are good fillers for dead conversations. When I want the person I'm with to get the impression that I do have a social and fun side.

People who do this on occasion like me? It doesn't bother me in the least, I"m flattered that they try to seem better in front of their friends. In reality, everyone likes to be alone sometimes and its not so bad if they'd rather keep it to themselves. I don't think theres anything wrong as long as it makes sense and it's not all the time, only on occasion.

  3. No................

  4. well I don't really, and for people who do I just don't get it. it pisses me off sometimes.

  5. i think alot of people do, because spending time alone isn't as accepted even if you enjoy spending time alone.

  6. i never made up stories about hanging with friends. i think if someone did that that they should actually hang out with their friends
