    Location meublee = rent with furniture.

    Location de vacances = rent for holidays (usually holiday seasons)

    Colocation = sharing apartment

    Echange d'appartements = exchange your apartment for his

    What you have to do is click on whichever is what you want and then look for short term (location courte duree) if you want that. The default choice is usually long term.
