  1. I'm not quite sure that they spend too much time pleasing god but they sure as h**l do waste their entire lives talking about the c**p and worrying more about dying than living

  2. Good question. No, I don't since I have given up the religion aspect of Christianity and subsequently developed a closer relationship to The Father and our Older Brother. Thanks for asking!

  3. No. I have a want to please God cause He does so much for me. He is their for me when I am sad and happy and angry. He never leaves me even though there are times when I get angry at Him. He loves me no matter what I think or say. I never really liked the party scene. I don't drink or smoke or do drugs. It's just not a part of my life. When I sin I feel bad but I know all I need to to is ask God's forgiveness and it's done. He loves me just the same. And He loves you too. So much.

  4. I don't worry about sin.  With God in my life I have no desire to commit sins.  That does not mean that I do not make mistakes (I am human of course) but I do not intentionally sin and as soon as I realize I have sinned against God I repent and ask for His forgiveness and wisdom to not sin in that area again.

As for being to busy pleasing God to enjoy my life?  No, that is not the case at all.  Pleasing God is merely loving Him and putting Him first in my heart.  He does not demand my full 24/7 attention.  He wants that I live my life w/ Him there with me.  I take Him w/ me everywhere I go and in all i do in life.  Actually, having God with me is what makes my life enjoyable, for He gives joy that is unmeasurable.  He is what makes my life worth living.

    Thank you for asking.  :-)

  5. When I made Jesus the #1 in my Life I haven't had the Desire to sin near as much .........

  6. I use too but that was then and this is now so plain and simple I got tired of living in a religion of fear and hate and I got tired of all of the bigotry and lies and i got tired of fearing death "will I go to heaven or will I go to h**l?" and i got sick of being afraid of the "rapture" and I wanted a religion in which I could ENJOY life not just be afraid so I converted to Wicca,

  7. No way.  I enjoy my life fully.  I may not be going out getting drunk, getting high, and sleeping with many anonymous partners, but I still have fun.  I don't need that stuff to enjoy my life.  I'm happy having a glass of wine with dinner occasionally (or a beer with friends), being drug-free, and only being with one man (my husband!).

Edit:  And RedQueen... it's always lovely to see you!  :)

  8. god is life so enjoy

  9. No, sweetie.

I give God a lot more credit than seeing Him as a sexually repressed bigot.

  10. No... they don't. And that's anti-pascal's wager.

  11. No I don't.  I am a Christian...I smoke...I drink once in awhile.  I would never cheat on my husband...I have morals.  I would never intentionally kill somebody.  I believe in God, I help others when in need, and I pray, but I live my life to make myself happy.  I have faith in God, and I feel close to Him, because I feel like He has gotten me through very rough times in my life.  I don't worry about sinning, I dont intentionally do it.  But, at the end of the day I know God loves me, and He will forgive everyone of their sins, as long as you trust and believe in Him.

  12. I do not worry about Sin because I do not live in Sin.

I enjoy life to my fullest now obeying God.

  13. no i do not worry ar all if i sin it is not intentional it is usually because i let someone or something get the best of me so i ask my Father tor forgive me and i try sincerely to not repeat it i don't worry therefor i can fully enjoy my life i don't worry bout food shelter clothing bills friends family nothing God takes care of all of it for me i handed all my worry to Christ when i accepted Him as my Lord and savior and asked the Holy Spirit to dwell with in me there is no room in my heart for worry it simply doesn't exist to me i can not even think up a reason to worry

  14. I doubt they do. I didn't as a theist. I thought I was playing it safe so I was cool. I didn't get 'nothing' out of life. But I didn't get what I get out of life now.

  15. Pleasing God is treating others the way you want to be treated; how does that prevent you from enjoying life?

  16. When sin produces its harvest, there is no full enjoyment of life.

With God we are forgiven for our sins, and we are under Grace.  We do not have a license to sin, but we know that when we do make a mistake, our Father is willing to forgive us.  He is willing to discipline us in love, if necessary, and to enpower us to resist temptations and to break those joy stealing addictions.  Peace :)

  17. The difference is the same as a child with freedom to do as he wishes because no one cares where he is and a child who has a loving father with rules that makes his life safe and warm.

  18. No... I believe in a higher power and always try to be a good person... I believe in KARMA .....I feel if you're the best you can be whoever or whatever you believe in will be pleased and your life will be pleasant....
