Do you still cook a Sunday roast?

I see a lot of familiies eating outing in pubs and McDonalds these days. I always tend to be slogging over the oven on Sundays ,just because it's tradition I suppose.

I did that for years and years.  I would cook enough to last several days, but I got out of the habit after I took early retirement.  Now I just snack all day or order-in Domino's.

just put a luscious leg of lamb in the oven.wouldn't give up my sunday roast for anything.

We enjoy our sunday roast very much, but once in a while, especially after a busy week its nice not to slave round in the kitchen and dine out!

i (aged 29) go to my  parents every sunday without fail. nothing beats their food.If i could i would go everyday.
