Do you still have to take the SAT's if you have done one year of University in Canada and want to transfer to U.S University?

If you're trying to transfer to a competitive U.S. university, then yes you do need to take the SAT's.  My friend transferred from Seoul National University in Korea to my school and she had to take the SATs.
