Just in the AM to check the freeways. I live in L.A.

why not? if you dont buy cds that much or get cds that much, you can get a ne or fresher song from like the fm rradion stations

Yes I listen regularly AM and FM Radio with my Digial Radio.

Not only that I normally monitor all frequencies as a Radio DXer and Amateur (HAM) Radio Operator from New Delhi, India with callsign VU3ORN.

After that I send a Reception Report to that Radio Station stating all details. On acknowledgement they normally send me a QSL Card (Acknowledge of my reception).

Yes FM Chicago's US99 Accept on racing days then I pick out a different station! Hate the racing! or put in a cd. Like the getting the news and weather in the mornings.

I work at a fm station, therefore I only listen when I am at or on my way to work. well actually mainly on my way there or home. when I am there I tune it out. lol

I do in my car, but I primarily tune in to FM stations. I just wish stations would play music instead of fifteen minutes of ads!

alot of people enjoy talk radio local disc jockeys radio shows...

and i listen to national public radio news they tell you stuff that you dont hear on the news half the time..

Even though I do now listen to a little satelitte radio (with friends) and some internet.. the bulk of my listening is still AM/FM commercial stations even if it's listening to a stream on the internet of a station because it's too far away for me to catch on a regular radio.

the radio has greater variety then Cd's.

Radio offers music, talk, news, sports, alerts.

I've never heard a CD that offers anything but music or the recorded word.

Satellite radio is waste of hard earned money.

Every day I listen to AM and some times switch the the FM band. spend time on shortwave and VHF as well.
