Do you still need the magic stick for PSP slim to keep the slim as a custom firmware?

im wandering can i use a normal mem. stick after installing the custom firmware from the magic stick or will i have to keep using it to keep my psp slim a custom firmware.

once you install cfw, then thats all there is too it.

format the mem stick andyoure good to go
