Do you still need to work for Wellsfargo after becoming licensed?

My friend is currently training for the series 66 and 7 licenses and Wellsfargo is sponsoring her. Does she have to work there for a set period of time after she gest her licenses? and will she need to pay something back if she wanst to leave immediately after she becomes license?

She's free to leave but I don't see why she would want to leave Wellsfargo seeing as it's a good company to work for.  If she just wanted to get her licenses then she could of taken the same route I did and got sponsorship for every single investment licenses you can think of with no strings attached.
