Do you stretch after every surf session?

Or do you let it slip and end up with fatigue and muscle pain?

  3. I always stretch before, it would be senseless to stretch after.  After a full day of surfing, I'm not really fatigued, just really tired, so I usually just cruise home  with my bike.  =P Aloha!

  4. no, i stretch before a surf session it makes no sense stretching after. and i skate home or ride my bike like the dude up there. =] sometimes i walk

  5. I stretch before and i do a lot of paddling and i don't ever have muscle fatigue till the next day, but it not until i have been out for about an hour. I am always tired after a long day of surfing. i cant count the number of times i have crashed at like 8:30 at night after surfing for like 3-5 hours.

  9. I always stretch before, never after.  However, I do cycle home which I guess you could count as a warm down, not really stretching though... only thing I end up with after a session is hunger and a salty face.
