Do you suffer with piles?

I am surprised at how many people suffer with this, including me . since I had a baby , is there any way you can get rid of them, it can be so uncomfortable

yes ,you can get them removed by surgery/ but it can be painful for a while;there are several creams on the market; annusol, preparation h etc;which will give you relief for a time see how you go with a cream it may help ,good luck

Hi I have had piles for years and tried all sorts of treatments. I find that most of the creams on the market bring some relief but they only relief the symptoms and not the cause. There are medical procedures you can try if you get desperate one I had was having the piles injected with god knows what but it left me pile free for about a year. Another factor is diet one of the causes of piles is alcohol cutting down can offer some relief.

Boy did I suffer! I found the best ointment was TCP.I'm a guy by the way.My problem was not going to the toilet,regularly, when I was younger.Finally got rid of them after many years of suffering by changing my diet.I now include a lot of wheat bran in my breakfast cereal.They didn't go overnight but not a problem any longer.

It's a very common problem after childbirth, all you can do is use creams and pessaries from the chemist.

But, if it gets really bad, and nothing really helps, you can have injections to shrink them.

Sounds horrible, but not as bad as having an operation. I had mine injected some time ago, after years of suffering, and it worked.

I've had them since childbirth and my son is now 17. They don't hurt all the time but randomly, sometimes they wake me up in the night. Great
