Do you support genetic engineering that people can pay to get their or their kids' skin melanin level changed?

So are they trying to lighten their kids or darken them? Either way I think it's sad to do that to a kid and make them feel they are not good enough.

depends on society and environment, also on very procedure. if procedure is not harmful to child and if child is surely benefit from that procedure i d say why not. but if its only for aesthetic reasons i dont support it, because who can guarantee that child will like it way it is knowing parents influenced on purpose and changed his-her skin color

Let adults do what they want, just leave the kids out of it. But the government would not permit it. Rights, privileges, and responsibilities are based on race. It wouldn't do for people to be able to change their appearance that drastically. Along with a fake ID whites could obtain things that they aren't 'entitled' to have. Criminals could blend into another culture. It would cause too many problems with controlling the masses.
