With just 2 million people the WA economy is predicted to grow another 6% next year but we also have the lowest unemployment rate and desperately need numbers in the workforce. There are riches to be had for those who want to be involved and the Western Australian coastline is magnificent to see it all on or near. Could mass immigration affect our State for the better?

  1. Personally as a West Aussie, no were don't need 500k ppl, what we need is a good education system where our kids get these jobs here and up North, better to look after our own I believe.

  2. Not being from W.A. [The UK] I have to say Yes it would be a good idea but on the condition that the locals are given every opertunity and advantage to make sure they came first.

In other words, give the people of WA everything they need to fill there own positions and then hand out positions to others.
