Do you suspect lack of baby-boomers retiring 'on time' will raise unemployment rates?

with less jobs available (because jobs are full of baby boomers that can not retire) i'm worried that unemployment rates will raise drasticly in a few years. what do you think?

Don't worry. There's no such thing as a fixed number of jobs in and economy. If the baby boomers still work, then they probably hire gardeners, maids, babysitters, etc which are jobs. Also, their income is taxed, providing revenue for the government and social security.
