  1. I swear, my parents tell me not to I don't do it in front of them, I've heard my dad swear before when he was really mad but never at me or my sister, I've never heard my mom swear before.

  2. I rarely swear unless I'm really angry or frustrated, and my parents raised me to NEVER swear, OR ELSE! lol

  3. I do, and no my parents rarley did.  i just picked it up along the way.

  4. my parents did not,but some people today are so ignorant and rude its the only way they no how to communicate,Sad really! have a nice day.

  5. My father didn't swear when I was younger but every now and then i hear something slip when he's driving or when he's talking to his brothers or friends.

They kept it on the quiet when i was younger, but my dad is starting to respect me, and he knows i hear all that stuff anyways.

I'm not allowed to use language like that, but if i do, i don't get punished, i just get told not to talk like that. i think the worst thing ive said in front of my parents is "pissed off", though, so who knows what would happen.  If it just slipped out in a scary moment and i apologized, i doubt they'd care

  6. I do, they never did. I've eaten many a bar of soap.

  7. i do swear and my parents not alot

  8. Man I have a mouth like a truck driver... My parents never cared if we swore as long as we didn't say it w/ it intended towards them!

  9. I don't swear much because there is no point :)

My mom didn't teach me not to swear, I was just such a goodie goodie girl that I would never have even considered swearing.

    My siblings don't swear either.

  10. I swear. i was raised not to though!

Im 20 now and occasionally i do swear infront of my parents although i try not to. I thinks its to do with respect. My daughter certainly wont be swearing infront of me !!

  11. I swear and my parents and everyone in my family swears.

They told me not to and i didn't when i was a little kid but now i do.

They swear at me probably every day. They arn't always angry when they swear.

  12. i do swear (However, I try to use it in a context as not to offend any one and only around friends) and no i have never in my 19 years heard my parents swear.

  13. i do swear, probably toooo much, my parents very rarely ever swore or at least not in front of us. my sister and I hung around with alot of older kids and they taught us the "bad words". So we went thru a phase where all we did was cuss then we completely stopped and now we're both back to cussing.

  14. my mother atempted at raising me not to swear and didnt succeed do to the fact that shes swore alot back when i was younger. Now i am raising my kids not to swear

  15. My parents never swore and I did terribly as a teen, but cleaned it up around adults etc. I guess I knew when and where I could do It. As an adult I did also but was also considerate of who was around, what cleaned it up for good for me was my kids, I rarely swear now and it is only the little words. But I am amazed at how freely people use it in public, it drives me crazy, especially when my kids are around. My husband always says something if our kids are around and the people just keep going and going. It just goes with the total lack of consideration people have now days for those around them.

  16. I do, but not around the kids. Get technical...instead of S#!t, say f***s. Instead of a$$, say a**s etc,,,

  17. I don't swear (or very rarely). I think it makes people sound ignorant and immature. Like they don't have anything better to say.

  18. yeah Im white trash

  19. My whole family must be a bunch of sailors because they swear constantly. They don't exactly do it in public when it can offend a million people, but my family does indeed swear. When I'm at my uncle's for Thanksgiving or Christmas or one of the kids birthday's you'll hear the F word, B word or any other curse word being tossed around.

For me, I'm not big on swearing. I'm not saying I don't do it, because believe me I have. Most of the time though I swear when I'm really angry and I just need to let it out in a non - harmful way. It's not like I'm swearing just to swear. I just use it as a way to get rid of of all my fruxstration if it's really needed.

My mother, she swears but it's the same with me, when she's angry also.

  20. I know my mom used a lot of ugly words towards my dad but she didn't go around swearing all the time.i started to swear like a sailor in the 5th grade.   i knew when and when not to use it. Til this day I still don't swear in front of my parents. I swear at home but not in my day to day activities outside the house. I know what you mean though. Some people cant hold a conversation without swearing. but i think that's cause they don't know how else to express their feelings and thoughts. they need a bigger vocabulary.

  21. im 13 and i swear...my mom tought me not to but it just slips out....my mom hasnt heard me swear yet....
