Do you switch off different shampoos on a daily basis?

I do. One day I use Pantene for blonde hair and then the next day I'll use Pantene for natural highlights. It's good to switch off because the same shampoo can build up.

I do switch shampoos/conditioners, but not daily. I use Redken All Soft products and once a week I use a clarifying shampoo to remove all the build up and use a deep treatment to condition it.
