Do you take Apple Cider Vinegar for a health tonic?

Can you tell the difference from when you take it and when you don't? What are some of the benefits you have experienced?

Yes, vinegar is a wonderful tonic.  Especially if you mix 1 tsp of vinegar and 1 tsp of honey in an 8 oz glass of water.  It gives you a lot of energy and most of the nutrients that your body requires daily.  It is recommended that you drink one glass before each meal especially if you are trying to lose weight.  The fats in food won't stay in your body.

  4. Apple cider vinegar is used for weight loss and aides in digestion.  I have used it for both. It truly did help me with wight loss.  Only a little, and it worked slowly for me, but I liked it and it did work.  I should mention...I could NOT handle the liquid.  Walmart has tablets..60 or so?? for just $3 or $4.  I followed the directions on the package.  I did have less indigestion when I took the product!
