Do you take Cosmopolitan magazine seriously and find it relevant to your life?

I read one at the salon today, and it had advice about how to impress people by using the words "amazing" and "wonderful" often during conversations. I think following this advice would get you laughed at and make you look stupid.

Then there was the article about how to meet and date cute guys you see on the street by asking them for directions and then inviting them out for coffee. This is dangerous, and I'm wondering if young girls actually do this stuff.

The overt sexuality and graphic nature of it bothered me the most. I was too embarrassed to read most of those articles, and what I did read was inappropriate to say the least. I thought it could pass for soft-core p**n.

Are you reading this stuff and taking it seriously? Why or why not?

to me...cosmo is just entertainment. because they write some real bullshit in there. really ridiculous things that i wonder if anyone actually believes.
