I don't get unusual voices in my head but i know i talk to myself a lot. if you could expand on this question i'd be happy to help ;]

The 3 of them are always arguing, I never know which one to listen to.

No. I listen to the voice in your head instead.

I hear it and I notice it but it's my ego. I try to channel the voice towards my heart rather than taking into consideration what my mind chatters. The ego is self-sabotaging and absurd it it's not humble and honest.
