i been working at one mcdonalds for 5 months. now i started to feel that the swing manager treat crew worker unfairly.for an example, most of crew workers, they are speak spanish. i work really hard and my best. but they alway tell me to go home early,in i sopose to go home at 9 pm. but they told me to go at 7pm.

and for some stupid lazy maxican worker, they all got like full hours(8hours).

do you think this is unfairly?

-what should i do?(i plan to apply at another mcdonalds) but i scare that it would be the same.

  1. no its not most of them are imigrants who need mone like im my local kfc they all want to work longer make pounds , or dollars go back to their country about after 5 years and thell be able to live the way they always wanted to.

  2. You're knocking immigrants, yet your question is poorly spelled and incoherrent.  Are you learning anything in school?  I suggest you work on your reading and writing.  Maybe then you could qualify for a better job--perhaps Wal Mark.

  3. I think it's funny that you're ragging on "lazy Mexicans" who speak Spanish, but you can't even manage to write a coherent sentence or click spell check. Go work someplace a little more slow paced and on your level, like Wal Mart. they pretty much hire anyone. You can hand out stickers! also, depending on your state there might be laws about how long someone under 18 can work. you're 16 years old, it wouldn't hurt you to learn something and get a little work/life experience.

  4. That is unfair.  Who is sending you home?  The shift manager or your boss?  If its the shift manager then you definitely need to talk to the boss.  If your boss is sending you home early then there is something wrong here and you might want to just go to another chain restaurant or a new restaurant.

For a 16 year old there is not a whole lot of options but you can be a life guard if you train and know how to do CPR and first aid and a very good swimmer.  I used to do that and I loved it.

  5. Since you're young, your managers probably feel like you should be the first person to be sent home. I'm 17 and I've had 3 jobs already and all of them have been the same way. Since I was the youngest at 2 of them, I would always be the one that they would send home first. That's just the way it is. I used to work at IHOP and I worked for middle easterners and they treated us like dirt beneath their feet. The only reason that I stayed so long was because the money was good and eventually I just stopped listening to my bosses.

At the age of 16 you can pretty much work at all fast food restuarants. Some clothing stores: Clairs, Maurices, Buckle, Rue 21, etc. Wal-Mart hires at 18.

  6. they are probably cutting you for labor, plus ur a minor so u will probably get less hours.
