The only time to start shaving is when there is hair growing there to shave off. If you're ten and growing hair already and don't want to be the only kid in your class with a beard, then yes, shave! No hair=no shave!

If you have hair on your face at ten then you should deffinitly shave it because at that young age you shouldnt have that much hair

i don't think there are many ten year olds who have enough facial hair to start shaving.

I didn't start shaving (regularly) until I turned 14, but I did shave every once in a while starting when I was 13.  Really though, it is up to you, and if you feel that there is enough facial hair to shave, then go right ahead.  But if its not necessary, ehh, why the h**l not? Have fun
