  1. No,all countres after soviet Empire collapse had civil wars or like China own conflicts, all will afraid,Russia is not USSR,its North Turkey with own North Cyprus and with out support of allies...

  2. I doubt it very much

even Russia's closest satellites like Belarus, Armenia and Kazakhstan

are silent still. And China and India would never jeopardize their

    relationship with USA

  3. Probably if Russia recognizes Chechnya independence.

  4. Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Kirghiztan, China ( and I forget the fifth )

approved the russian decrees - in the recent previous hours -

And they precisely are the five members of the union you speak about -

    Your question gets an answer

  5. no.  it is not their conflict and they have no interests there.  consequently, they have no conceivable reason to become a party to a larger conflict between russia and the west by recognizing the two republics.

ossetia and abkhazia may theoretically be recognized by belorus and armenia that have strong ties with Russia, though the recognition by armenia is less likely.  also, theoretically, certain middle eastern countries interested in closer ties with russia may recognize ossetia and abkhazia.  at this point, however, the recognition by other states is uncertain.

  6. Of course not. China will never risk her already stabilized position in the capitalist markets of U.S.A. and Germany (especially under their present leadership).
