I think too many collage students are dying in car accidents.

This is a really tricky question. I mean the people can't test how responsible you are. Yes a lot are dying and it is really sad. But still, the responsible ones aren't because they know what the limit is. But some are being killed by the stupid un-responsible ones. I guess it would be better for 1) people, and 2) environment if you can only drive say at age 24.

BUT- Just Playing devil's advocate here- the earth is over populated, and you know what? i guess it's just part of life that this happens. Plus, a bunch of people would think that it's un-fair and just break the rule.

I think they should raise the legal age to 21.. I got my license at age 18 and I definitely was too young.
