They said last night his sponser is not going to sign on with him next year. Do you think he will pick a sponser up, or will he be driving around in a white car next year?

Sure seem like a lot of sponsers are leaving.

  1. His sponsor is not leaving.  His sponsor is Red Bull and they OWN the car.  If the sponsor were to leave, it would mean a complete shut down.

However, the dilemma is that Team Red Bull has not resigned AJ to drive for them next year.  They want to move Scott Speed up.  They hope to make a decision soon.  If they do not resign AJ, AJ will not have a ride.  The 84 (with Red Bull on the hood) will still be on the track, likely driven by Scott Speed.

That said, I think they will sign AJ.  They are complete idiots if they do not!

  2. Sorry but I still have a hard time pulling for him after what he did in the All*Star Showdown. It think they will pick up a sponsor but I'm not pulling for it.

  3. i don't know, i just like to say allendinger out loud.

  4. Hopefully he will sign and have a sponsor. Due to the economy, I predicted a few weeks ago, NASCAR may not even have 43 cars to qualify for the final ten races this year. I said at that time NASCAR will have to financially help a couple Nationwide teams to have 43 cars begin a Sprint Cup race. Don't be surprised to see ol Morgan Shepard suddenly back trying to qualify.

  5. Sponsors are leaving because the new car is more expensive to sponsor than the old ones, and AJ will have a ride next year. He's been performing.

  6. If he stays with Red Bull, his sponsor and owner, he won't need a another sponsor.

  7. Possibly. He's shown that he can run good if he has a good car. Don't count AJ out.

  8. He might not have a ride next year. sponsor is not the problem cause the organization is owned by Red Bull owner Dietrich Mateschitz

  9. I think you'll see him drive for someone next year. Definitely an improved driver and seems to be making his presence known. He'll be picked up.
