I don't. Why? Because the EU is more interested in protecting the "human rights" of terrorist scum than it's own citizens. Abu Hamza's British citizenship was revoked. Why does the EU care more about terrorist filth than Britons? Brits, what exactly needs to happen for you to understand that the US is your ally, and the EU (and raghead terrorist scum) are our common enemy? The EU is going to put this man back on your streets. Yes, he's currently serving a seven year prison term, but that's not very long, is it? How do you feel about this?

  1. Good. I hope the hate mongerer get the water treatment.

  2. Yes!I believe he will be extradited to the USA! Providing! The USA signify that he will have a trial on the mainland and not in Cuba and will not face the Death Penalty!

  3. I hope he gets the chair.

  4. No I don't either but from then on I expect we disagree.

Every thing I read about Abu Hamza makes me think he is abusing our ( Uk ) hospitality and system and I would cheerfully send him back from whence he came.

If his home country is going to treat him worse than he would be under UK law so be it .. that is the price anybody who illegally enters or abuses our Country accepts .. however ..with the greatest of respect to the very many fair minded American citizens what I hear and know about your laws and methods related to alleged terrorists, so called ' illegal combatants', legislation specifically passed to deny access to lawyers and your own courts, years of incarceration without trial, and similar is a travesty of all that passes for Justice in a civilised society.

The ( your ? ) USA Govt. has admitted and been proven to carry out rendition to allow interview / introgation technigues that your own laws prohibit, and within your own boundaries you think 'waterboarding' ie making a person fear they are drowning is acceptable. One can only guess at what you do during rendition if waterboarding and other similar methods are OK on your own soil.

For these reasons any fair minded person would have to suspect that your treatment of Hamza if you got your hands on him would be against basic principles of humanity and that is why I suspect he will not be sent to you.

It is not whether Hamza deserves it - just that in a civilised society the way we would wish to be treated ourselves is the way we should treat our enemies otherwise we are as bad as those we criticise.

As for seven years - the sentencing policy of UK Courts & Govt. is our business not America's and for UK citizens to redress with our Govt.

I feel that the Country that proclaims itself the 'land of the free' and self styled  Saviour of the World has lost its way under the present Bush Administration.

  5. that "man" has preached hatred on our own streets-he has incited the extremists to rise up against and attack the very people who gave him benefits a home and the right to voice his opinion.

and how does this peice of filth thank the british people-he incites racial hatred on our own shores.

    extradition?

    a bullet would be cheaper!.

  6. yes he should they should hang him but 7 years is a but short in my way they should have him life sentence atleast unless they want him back on the street

  7. Give him a typewriter so he can prepare his defence.

  8. You are so right.

I  hope they deport his benefit scrounging family as well.

They preech  their hate for us but have no problem taking our £'s.

  9. If i had my way i would sell the scums house to pay back just a small part of the money he has stolen from us . then put him on and his fat family on a dingy with a hole in it and set him into the middle of the atlantic with a faulty compass that points east . thats before i set light to the rag on his bonce. But never mind if we do manage to ship the scum over to you at ;least you will know what to do with him and put him away for the rest of his miserable life, the only problem is we will never get rid of his parasite family that is costing us about a $1000 a week

  10. That's the sort of attitude that gets planes flown into buildings. And they actually think it was an "unprovoked" attack. American idiots....

  11. The thing about human rights, is you get them by being a human, not by being a good human.

As a civilised society, we in UK do not practise torture, and we will not send people abroad to be tortured. This is not the EU telling us what to do - it is legislation that we, as members of the EU have helped to put in place and agreed to abide by.

If there is a suggestion that the USA will use torture on Abu Hamza, his case deserves to be heard. I hope that the European Court of Human Rights listens carefully to his case, and concludes that he will not be tortured in USA, and that he is extradited to answer his case.

I also hope that we can trust the USA not to use torture, to give Abu Hamza a fair trial, and to impose a very long period of imprisonment if there is sufficient evidence to find him guilty.

I find Abu Hamza a deeply nasty individual, and would like to see him locked up for a long time.

But not if it means subverting decent behaviour by using torture, or convicting on insufficient evidence. Maintaining the integrity of our legal systems is more important than taking revenge on this vile individual.

  12. I feel desperately disgusted.

Keeping him in prison costs us all and who is supporting his dependents?

The human rights lot and the legal bods earning a fortune from such cases should be made to foot the bill.

Will we, ordinary citizens ever count for anything.  Maybe if I preached hate I would be cared for, but if I default on my council tax I will go to prison.

Where is and what price justice?

  13. The Labour Government is a Paper Tiger. They gas a lot and endlessly only to come to the same old conclusion. It is Not Us  but the EU ,is always the excuse.
