America won every battle yet did not win because of the political pressure, the biased media and the protesters giving aid and comfort to the enemy. In short answer: Yes but the will of the south vietnamese was also broken and once that happened I do not think it would have mattered.

my answer is yes but many more casualties would of arisen and the war possibly would of dragged on for atleast 6-8 more years
