Do you think Angel Matos should be charged with assault for kicking the referee in the face?

My hubby and I have seen the video replay on the internet and news. Matos blatantly kicked a person in the face unprovoked except by anger of a taekwondo "bad call". In my book, that qualifies as an assault.

What do you think? Should Matos be charged with assault against the referee? Could the referee press charges in China as one could here in the US?

I'm certain Matos "Master" must be soooooo proud of him!  His master must be thinking to himself - geeee what a prize student!

He's the only one who got any satisfaction out of a bad call at the Olympics.  I think a lot of people are secretly cheering him on.

Yeah, didn't he also try to punch another official trying to hold him back or calm him down? I watched it live online, it was crazy O.O
