Do you think April of Big Brother 10 and Cindy McCain look alike?

I was looking at John McCains's wife Cindy and I think her and April, of Big Brother 10, look alot alike, of course, Cindy McCain is way older, but I think she could pass as April's mother.

wow when i first saw this question i laughed...No way!! BUT that picture of Cindy McCain looks just like the older version of April!! LOL! that is funny.

Heck yeah!  I tape BB when I have to work and had just finished tonight's episode and then immediately flipped to the RNC and was like .. .wait a minute.  Cindy and April look alot alike.  It really makes me wonder because they are both from Arizona.  Hummmmm

I agree she could be Aprils mom, but she's a much bigger beeach than Cindy ever could be. Can't stand how fake she is.
