  1. As much as I cant stand Kerry ,to be taken away from your mum is hard and so I think he should be involved more if anything.

  2. Yes I do  - that woman is horrible, She makes Karen Mathews look good.  Just a breeding machine

  3. I really don't like either of them much. If he was so concerned for his daughters why did he move to the other side of the world? A lot of things need to be  considered when it comes to deciding who gets custody. Yes her life is a mess, but would it really benefit the girls to send them to live in Australia away from everyone and every thing they know? If he is serious about wanting custody the fairest thing for him to do would be to move back to England, or maybe Ireland, for their sake.

  4. If our legal system has any common sense he should be awarded custody of his children. He seems a far better role model than his ex wife. At least the children would not be continually in and enviroment dominated by drugs and criminals !

  5. Its about time someone realised those kids are in a car crash environment.  This 'fly on the wall' documentary just highlights the volatile relatioship between her and her husband Mark.  They are still young enough to adapt to a new life with their dad, yet if they stay with their mum, what are THEY going to be like when they hit their teens?  She is hardly a role model!  Brian's 'crime' is he slept with someone behind Kerry's back.  Didn't she do the same and has done since meeting her new husband?  There is no evidence that Brian's life is anywhere near as turbulent as Kerry's so I think yes he should get custody

  6. Sad, because the state she's in at the moment all stems from him sh@gging around.

He should have temporary custody until she sorts herself out once and for all.

  7. Yes, he should. However, he has been saying he is going for custody for months, if not years. Why has he not done anything? Also, it's interesting that he lives in Australia. You would think if he was the caring, wonderful father he makes out to be, he might consider moving back here. All sounds like bullsh*t to me. God helps those kids whichever parent they are with.

  8. yes he should

  9. Its hard to sat really because for all we know the things that are written in the media and shown on the tv about Kerry Katona could just be completely hammed up to get her publicity because if it wasn't for that she would've faded into obscurity by now.

But having said that even if the things shown are made to look over the top surely that's not a great environment for the kids, and in comparison Brian has stayed away from the media and appears to be leading a better life, but is that reason enough to take the kids from their mum?

  10. yes, i prefer him to kerry katona. he looks like he'll provide a safer environment for his kids

  11. Surely you don`t mean THE `Kerry` who has twice been voted mother of the year by some as***ole magazine ??

  12. Yes, he seems to be a more grounded person than Kerry is.  I also think that Paul McCartney should have full custody of Beatrice, because Heather Mills appears to be a very unstable person who could cause untold damage to their daughter's mental well being.

  13. I am surprised it has taken him this long and as he currently resides in Oz he is not exactly supporting the girls - he should have done this a long long time ago - she is unfit - her children are around drug takers - surely she should see that for herself?

  14. i wouldnt fancy being the one taking the kids of their mother , only if there is evidence they are mistreated in any way , then yes .

  15. Yes I do but only because Kerry needs to sort her life out she is not doing her children any good at all.

  16. If there is evidence that the children are being harmed because of their mother's behaviour and the father can supply a better upbringing then yes.

However I am wary in this particular case as the media have a track record of misrepresenting people and bending the truth.

Not that Brian has exactly come off well in these stakes either - I remember him doing an interview in which he said that he cheated on his wife with his Delta Goodrum, because he never loved her - but this seems to have been the catalyse that sent his ex wife, who suffers from bipolar disorder, over the edge.

  17. It's taken him a while. Why now?
