I certainly think she should! I'm an Obama supporter but I don't understand why all the Republicans are condemning her for having the baby when their party is pro-life.

EDIT: Ha ha, Y!A suggested I put this question in United Kingdom:Business!

  1. um no, having the baby may work for her, but not everyone.  What about poor teen moms, the reps. don't want anything to do with those girls, all they do is get govt assistance right?

  2. I think she should've kept her pants on and her knees together.  No.  I'm kidding.  I think she should've been on birth control, and perhaps she might've been if it hadn't been considered such a "no-no" within her ultra-conservative family.

Hmm.  I'm all for a woman's right to choose, but I honestly think that birth-control measures are within reach of any girl/woman of childbearing age.

Teenage pregnancy is a scourge, and a huge drain on financial resources.  She is living proof that screaming "ABSTINENCE" does NOT work.

It doesn't work.  It just doesn't work.  Someday, the religious right will realize this, but obviously that time has yet to come.

People will have s*x.  s*x will create babies.  Duh.  Unless birth control is readily accessible and ACCEPTABLE, there will be unwanted pregnancies.

    Again ... DUH.

  3. only if that obartion was obama!

  4. I havent heard any republicans condemn her for having the baby. Once again, false info from a democrat. In fact both parties are saying that the story should be left out of the campaign.

  5. I think it's none of my business.  I would not commend her for anything here, however, as she has had premarital s*x and is underage, subjecting her boyfriend to charges of statutory rape.  That is not opinion, but rather is fact.

  6. If she had seriously considered it and then backed out then maybe however you must realize that most pro-lifers would never think to have an abortion. I mean, should we commend Britney Spears sister too??

I think it better to commend her choice to take responsibility for her child and not just the fact she didn't choose abortion.

  7. It's not the Republicans that are condemning her.

It's the Lefties that are condemning her for using her pro-life/pro-choice stance and not having an abortion of convenience.

  8. not really. i'm sooo happy that obama mentioned that the pregnant daughter was 2 b a non-compaign issue, and 2 that, if bristol palin should not b ridiculed then she also should not b commended 4 not having an abortion. 1st it wasnt responsible 2 get pregnant in the 1st place, and 2nd things do happen and while i'm happy 2 see the family support her its as it should b, and a non-issue.

btw i am pro-choice, which doesnt make me, 4 abortion or against life. pro-life is an interesting concept especially when considering majority of them r pro-war, pro death penalty, and subject the vast majority of people in the lower middle class and poverty level 2 a living h**l.

k, sorry, got into a rant there, huh?

  9. yes, and more so that Mom didn't force her to have an abortion. It would have been so much easier on her career if bristol had aborted in absolute secrecy.   I am very happy they have chosen to bring the child to term

  10. SHES A REBEL TEEN AND SHE DRINKS BOOZE TOO

THIS IS FRIKKING HUGE TELL YOUR FREINDS!!!!!!!!!

  11. Not sure who you have been listening to.  Maybe some of the trolls on Yahoo Answers.  All of the Republicans I know are very happy with the Palin decision to choose life.

  12. i haven't seen any republicans condemning her at all.

the girl should be commended for choosing for herself what she wanted to do.

if she even had a choice......

  13. Actually the Republicans are excited that she is havig a baby. And no she should not be commended... if she makes a good mom then yes she should be commended. I think her parents are making her have the baby... her boyfriend has stated he doesn't want any kids... this is the guy they say she is marrying.

  14. No... she should not be condemned or commended... This is life; why do we have to have a parade (or a judgement) on every single thing that is standard to a normal life?

  15. Yes

  16. Republicans aren't condemning her. The hypocritical libs are.
