Do you think Britain will go to war with Russia?

Many now believe that a conflict between Russia and the US now looms, do you think Britain will go to war against Russia also when the US decide to declare war?

Nope and the USA will not go to war with Russia.  Remember Putin said he isn't afraid to us the bomb.

The U.S. and Britain are not getting involved. Simply because Georgia and Russia are both allies toh the U.S., the best thing that can be resolved are peace-keeping methods in the United Nations.

For the same reason no once came to the rescue of Tibet when China invaded it.   There is nothing in it for Britain or the USA to go to war with the Russians over.   Georgia is going to get a lot of lip service and public support but you are not going to see a repeat of WW One over some podunk little eastern Eastern European nation.

i don't think the US or the UK will go to war with Russia,

it would just end as a nuclear war if they did,

or at least another cold war.

No. That's not going to happen. In fact, no one is going to war with anyone. That would be madness.

NO. The only problem there will be with Russia and the US, is that Russia will become better than the US. It will have greater economy, and it will be greater on education. Te same stories were around when China and Japan were becoming better than the US way back in history.

Britain does not do anything. They are doing just fine. They are not having any trouble or getting into any wars anytime soon.

No. There won't be a war with U.S vs Russia or U.K vs Russia. Not in the near future anyways. Bush and Congress aren't really outraged, more like bitter. They will have to let Russia and Georgia handle it. Unless Georgia is pummeled into the ground, nothing will be done.

The UK is the US State w. no rights.  We will be their landing strip and military base as and when required but war w. Russia won't happen now.  Russia is the new Middle East w. nukes, even the bosses of W's 'advisers' aren't suicidal so will talk the talk and not move an inch over Russia fighting w. it's own States that broke away.
