Do you think Casey Anthony is Guilty?

I can't figure this case out at all. What is your theory? I think caylee died in accident and Casey is just keeping her mouth shut so she won't be prosecuted.

Yea, I think Casey was negligent and accidentally killed little Caylee and has tried to cover it up.  The more she lies, the worse it gets for her.

Of course she is guilty, but of what? Regardless what any of her surrogates claim, there is no justification for going to night clubs and acting like a w***e the week after you claim someone took your daughter. Other things that bother me include, but are not limited to:

1. Why did she not notify the authorities? It was her mother who had to make the call to 911, which makes zero sense if this really was a kidnapping case. If she really believed that Caylee was in jeopardy, there would be no better place to go than to the authorities.

2. Why did Casey borrow the shovel from the neighbors? She had no problem breaking into the shed to steal gas, why not when she needed a shovel? Her father said that they kept a shovel in the garage, and I'm sure she was aware of that since her mother said that she had used it before.

3. A multitude of people have claimed Casey to be a habitual liar? Her father caught her with the stolen gas, which she knew he had filed a report about. She lied to her friends and family about where Caylee was. She dragged investigators to Universal Studios only to finally admit that she did not work there. She clearly has an issue telling the truth.

4. Who, what, and where is this so-called Zenaida Fernandez-Gonzales. Do you really believe that the authorities could not find a single trace of her if she really existed? Is is just a mere coincidence that a lady by the same name toured an apartment where Casey claims to have left Caylee with the baby sitter? Is this just one more lie to add to her list?

5. How could Casey have afforded a babysitter? There is no record of her having a job for at least two years. Wouldn't her employer have contacted authorities by now if she did have a job? Where was Casey going every day? It certainly was not to work, that is unless she happened to work for a clandestine operations wishing to remain unknown.

6. Why was Casey so incredibly cold and seemingly uncaring during her conversations with her family. The "oh my gosh, calling you guys was such a waste" statement certainly did not show an interest in helping to find Caylee. She has acted with complete disregard for the truth, and for helping to find her daughter. Investigators claim that she has not been contributing helpful facts to this case....are they lying, or is Casey?

7. Why was Casey's phone in a triangulation area near the airport during a day when she had no purpose for being there. She did pick up a friend from the airport, but not that day according to investigators. The pattern of her calls has shown her, or at least her phone, to have been in a rather unwelcoming wooded, swampy area near the airport. What purpose would there be for this?

8. Why is there not a single record of Casey having made, or recieved a call from the alleged babysitter at any time? She claimed that she recieved a call, but the phone company's records disagree. Is it possible that the phone company has left off a charge? How convenient that it happened to be this particular call that was left off. How convenient that the phone company has failed to charge Casey for any calls made to a Zenaida Fernandez-Gonzalez, or anybody that the investigators have not identified.

Is Casey guilty? She is certainly guilty of being a horrible mother. She is guilty of being a thief, as can be clearly seen by her stealing her mother's credit card, her friend's checks, and her father's gas. She is guilty of lying her *** off. She is guilty of impeding the investigation. And she is guilty as h**l of showing no concern for finding her missing child. Is this how you would act if you lost your child? Who do you know that would be so heartless and seemingly unconcerned?

I think she is guilty, but not sure exactly what her role is yet.   If she died in an accident why go through all this. It is possible.  She went to party and left Caylee in the car and she died.  Why interrupt her partying to be bothered by the police and jail. So many questions, so many lies.  Maybe now that she is at home and she has to face her parents, her daughters photos, toys,etc, her brother, her attorney, bounty hunter, bail bondsman, and the press, this story will come to an end soon.
