IInnocent of what is the question. I think she killed her child. At the very least she IS guilty of felony child neglect. What kind of mother doesn't report thier child missing for a month? (and then is partyign like a rock star at the night club?)

She is a sociopath. If she thinks she can get out of this, shes crazy..even if she gave the child away, she should just say so, because murder is worse that child abandonment....
