Do you think Caylee Anthony is in fact Dead?

Question

According to sources close to the investigation, DNA tests that were conducted on a stain and hair samples found in the trunk of the car Casey Anthony was driving indicate that her daughter, 3-year-old Caylee Anthony, is dead.

so it seems that a decomposing human body had been inside the trunk.

Meanwhile, the state prosecutor's office has refused to comment on the partial immunity deal that has been offered to Anthony. Yesterday, it was reported that the deal would expire in 24 hours; however the deadline is now being reported as Tuesday. Anthony did meet with her attorney today do you think they are considering the deal?

Yes I believe she is dead. I read where she wanted to give the baby up for adoption, but her mother persuaded her to keep

her baby.

My suggestion; The police should announce that they will not prosecute the person who has her if she would bring her back within 72 hours. They would not prosecute this person if she was a illegal immigrant or otherwise.

I think this would go a long way toward ending the subterfuge and denial that unfortunately her family is participating in.

Has the baby's father ever been identified?

Anyway, I believe her to have been killed either deliberately or accidentally by her mother.

It's pretty confusing. I think that her mother either gave her to someone for drugs and she can't tell or Caylee or herself will be killed, or somehow Caylee was murdered.

I hope poor Caylee isn't dead. An innocent 3 year old doesn't deserve to die; her life was barely started.

Yes.  

I do believe in my heart that Caylee Anthony is deceased.  I believe that Caylee's death was an accident.  I don't think Caylee's death was premeditated.  That being said; I am thoroughly disgusted with the Anthony family.  They think they are totally above everyone else by insulting our intelligence on a daily basis.  Shame on them!  

The loathing and disgust for this family is so thick that you can cut it with a knife.  The whole family is sociopathic; do they sincerely think that anybody is buying the missing person / pizza story?  

I hope Cindy Anthony remembers her grand daughters smell as she lay rotting in the trunk of her car.  The reason that I say this is because she knows Caylee is dead and in her own way is obstructing justice.  I believe that Caylee would of already been laid to rest had Cindy NOT interfered and tampered with evidence (washing the clothes etc.)  Cindy Anthony like her daughter knows a lot more than what she lets on to know.  Like mother like daughter.  

Don't you think it is interesting how Cindy Anthony flip flops all over the place just like her daughter?

I say stick Casey and Cindy in a cell together and let them rot ~ like Caylee is doing right now somewhere.

i think she is dead, and the mother done it with help of someone else!

its obvious from the begining, i mean one sign shows that she was dead because she didnt report her missing, meaning she was hoping she could get away with it, another was the smell in the trunk, i knew this girl was guilty from day one. That little girl was killed either on accident or on purpose, because in the phone calls she even tells her mother you dont care about me, you just care about caylee, well duh thats why your in jail! She was jealous of her own daugher and what she did to her was a d**n shame, she should be sent to die and god prey the find her body to give her a proper burial, God Bless you Caylee :) Heaven has you now

Unfortunately, even though I want her to be alive and well, I think poor Caylee is gone. Her mother is a wackjob, and probably killed her either accidentally or on purpose. But I believe it was on purpose. Why else would her car smell like a dead body? Why else would she borrow a shovel? Or steal gas cans? She's guilty and that b*tch should go to prison for killing an innocent 3 year old girl. And other evidence is also that Casey wanted to give Caylee up for adoption, but her mother wouldn't let her. This case is almost as sick as that woman who drowned her kids in a bathtub. I'm sorry to say, but she's dead. Caylee is in Heaven.

Casey Anthony is so self-involved that , seeing how much trouble she is in, she would have brought her daughter forward to save her butt if she could.  But she can't because the child is dead.

I think Casey should sit in a jail cell and rot until she decides to tell the truth.  She's not innocent, by any means.  Every time something comes up to prove Casey murdered her child, there is always an exception to the rule.   Like the strand of hair they found in the trunk of the car....well, it could be a positive result for the both of them if one test is conducted, or it could be a positive for only Caylee if a different kind of the same test is taken.  There are so many cover ups and lies in this case, it's pathetic!

I haven't followed this case much lately. I'm usually one to see a case, and then wait for more evidence so I don't get aggrivated while waiting. I did however see the Nancy Grace about the body in the trunk evidence.. I do infact think she is deceased and it bothered me more than normal.. Usually they are just stories to me but I'm pregnant now and I thought about the phone call the grandmother had made to the police about a smell that resembled a dead body in the car.. That really upsets me because she could have actually smelt her own granddaughter's body.. How sick is that? I feel quite bad for them.. Now they have a daughter that they want to believe so much and probably are very confused right now.
