Do you think Chris Benoit deserves to have a spot on the Legends division of smackdown vs. raw?

I understand that what the guy did was wrong, but as a wrestler, you have to admit, the guy was pretty skilled. I would love to see him in SVR 2009.what do you guys think?

Chris Benoit murdered a 7 year old boy, that makes him a coward, not a wrestler. I don't care how good he was, he ruined everything for himself.
