Do you think DX was a rip off of the nWo cause DX took a lot of nWo stuff nWo started doing the crotch chop way before DX even started.nWo was spray painting thing way before DX started.And nWo started in 1996 then DX started in 1997 so do you think that DX was a rip off of nWo?

And who is better nWo or DX?

NWO was first and that what basically put WCW ratings above the WWE and vince responded with DX.  The original nwo was pretty awesome but I think dx did not have the star power so they had to be more creative to get over where as NWO had Hall, Nash and Hogan.

I wouldn't say it was a rip off, more of an answer to the nWo.

Yes, it was. Clearly. I think DX was good, but the ORIGINAL nWo was better. Though WCW was almost always the second-rate promotion, the heel turn of Hogan was one of the smartest, most shocking creative moves of all time, and they capitalized huge off of it. nWo also did way more in terms of merchandising and were so popular they were even able to make a comeback in WWE for a while, until the inury bug bit again. Heck, even DX founder HBK joined 'em so they must have been good. My vote, DX was cool, but the title goes to nWo---4 LIFE! And to confirm, DX came AFTER nWo. It was one of the gimmicks that turned the WWF around because they were getting thrashed in the ratings by the nWo-led WCW. Also, nWo used to do a crotch chop before DX came up with theirs. Coincidence?

yes u are right dx was a rip off but a d**n good one just not as good as the nwo black and white or the black and red.  but u can't blame the wwe 4 doing so they wanted there fans back

It may have been a little, but that is because the main members were good friends in real life (Nash, Hall, HHH, HBK, and X-Pac/Syxx were the Clique) I found that nWo was more maniacal and militant like, because they were so powerful by the time they got going, taking over wcw and stuff, while DX was more funny and vulgar, and never had the huge power that nWo held, so they are similar, but different
