  1. he will if he has the chance to play for a great team like pittsburgh!! go pens!!

    marian hossa is two faced!!!

  2. Dan Boyle will be very welcome in Ottawa!  At what cost to us though, I'm not sure..That is the big question...

Still, Boyle + Sens uniform = Eastern Champs....

EDIT:  Word has it the Sens don't have enough Cap room to fit Boyles contract in...Too bad - that was a top choice for Boyle...It looks like SJ is the frontrunner...

  3. if he doesnt, it will we kinda tense in that locker room next year. could hurt the chemistry

  4. i dont see why the Lightning dont want him, one of the best offensive defensman in the game today, and didnt they just sign him at the trade deadlin?

  5. Yes....he doesnt want to play where they have repeatedly made it clear they dont want him (it isnt him, it is the huge contract). He can control where he goes and you can be pretty sure he will dictate exactly what he is willing to do. Keep in mind he is plenty pissed at the way he was treated with the injury last season and may just squeeze them for awhile making any other transactions impossible. He could refuse to waive (for the time being) to keep them tight to the cap, obviously they know they need to make more deals to improve a very poor defense and improve depth at forward (they arent the offensive juggernuat everyone thinks they are....they scored exactly 1 more goal last season than the powerhouse offense in Minnesota, good for 18th best offense). He might wait until training camp before waiving the no trade but I am betting he wont do it unless he gets to go where he wants and makes sure they get very little in return. Guess they should have treated him better but I believe his days in a Bolts jersey are over, although the power play may just be beginning (lets see if his off ice powerplay is as good as his on ice....I hope so, he deserved better).

  6. I personally hope he doesn't. Tampa loves Dan Boyle. He is one of the nicest guys on the team. I hope he makes it hard for the new owners. They were the ones to put them into this situation which should have NEVER happened in the first place. Dan deserves to stay where he wants to stay. The no trade clause is there for a reason. The old owners respected that. The new ones should have as well. We are his home now! He deserves to retire here just like Lecavalier is going to!

  7. Boyle says tomorrow he'll have a decision.

I think he will. He'll pull a Richards and name a few teams he would like to go to, Ottawa topping the list.

  8. Ottawa
