Do you think Diplomats should be given Diplomatic Immunity?

Do you think Diplomatic Immunity should be tossed away? Why do diplomats still have immunity? If they commit crimes they can walk away without a scratch.

I think Diplomats should be given Immunity, but not their families, their households, and their yes-men.  After all, they are not the diplomat; they're just affiliated with the diplomat.

If they commit crimes or something similar a big NO!!!It seems like a parents have a permit to dispose their siblings?? They are the one who suppose to be the role model and representatives of their respective countries.

I believe they must have immunity only in relation to their work. But when they do anything against the laws of the countries where they are assigned they should also be penalized in accordance with the process of the law. It is unfair for natives to be harmed by diplomats just because of such immunity when the harm has been done outside of the legal responsibilities of the diplomat. It is time to revise the policies on diplomatic immunity especially for the sake of poor countries which cannot impose justice on erring diplomats or members of their family who come from powerful nations!
