OMG Yes!! My kids are 9 & 11 and have never been.  We really wanted to take them. However, it was cheaper to go to Cancun, Mexico for 7 days than Disney/Orlando, FL for 5 days.

no more so than any other major theme park - - you get your money's worth though - - the parks are clean and well-satffed with great food, shows & rides.

depends on your needs, park-hopper(going wherever you want to in one day) costs a bit, and the hotel you pick can determine weather you enjoy your trip or go insane with the bill

Yes, but thats perfectly fine for me because any disney park is way better then any other themeparks.

They are also cleaner and the park itself does not look dead like most sixflags

Most theme parks are but Universal Studios is the best the most money. Get a Disney value pack if you go to different parks.

well it depends on what u think is cheap ive been to disney world everysummer for like 5 years now and it hasnt been that expensive

I'm sure all the Disney Parks are expensive, but it's definitely worth it.  I think Disneyland is kind of expensive, but if you really enjoy going then it's worth the price.

Yes its way too expensive especially for an out of stater person coming to see it.  I would only say to go there if you have a young child that is age 3-5 because its magical for a really young kid.  You want to make sure they are old enough to appreciate as well.

It depends on how long you stay and what bargains they have.Otherwise its fair,moneywise.

Of course it is!  Every year prices go up too but every year they add something new.  I hear they're in the process of building another entire kingdom ~ I can't wait to check it out. At this rate people won't be able to just go on vacation and visit all the parks, they'll have to pick and choose which parks they want to goto!

Yes, I think it's expensive, but I also think it's worth it.

In Orlando, all the theme parks cost about the same. but i think Disney had one advantage over some other parks...

they are cleaner and better staffed than most parks. they are not perfect but they do a better job than most. think of how many employees you see during your stay at the park. they have to pay for every person that works in the park, electricity, etc. if you do the math its not too bad for the price. it gets better if you are either an annual pass holder or a multiday ticket.
