Do you think Edge would be where he was today if the Matt/Lita incident never happened?

part of me thinks he would but the other part thinks he would of just went to tna with christian.

Lita didnt make Edge. Edge was already seperating himself from Christian after he won the King of the Ring. He started winning more matches and was a midcarder with eddie, benoit, kurt angle,etc.

First of all i'd like to not even THINK that Edge only got to where he is,today just,because he slept with someone elses then-girlfriend(it'd be Triple H marring Stephanie McMahon all over again),second of all i think clues where leading to Edge getting this type of push(Main Event) before-hand anyway.

Edge is a great wrestler, has a great work ethic and does great interviews and promos, he would have still become a top star in the WWE. Edge/Matt/Mrs. Copeland/Lita gave the WWE a ready made script that the Booking Team couldn't resist. Art imitated life.
