Probably, it's fat soluable, right?

Another thing you can try is sugar and fresh lemons to make a lemon drop shot or martini.

You're using it as a mixer?  I think you need to go shopping.

The vitamin C will still be present and your body should still absorb it normally (assuming you don't make yourself sick).  I don't think anything with vodka or other alcohol in it can really be called healthy, though.
