Lehman records $2.8 billion loss, looks to raise $6 billion.

Most of the loss was from the hedge funds division which she oversaw.  So, yes she did contribute in creating the mess at LEH.

Edit: yes she was in charge of over hedge funds, prior to being promoted. LOL
