My personal view is that Gary Glitter should not be allowed to return to the UK as he already has convictions for child molestation.

He obviously has a British Passport and therefore entitled to enter the UK but should this happen, the police should be waiting for him at the point of entry, he should be taken to a secure place and kept there if only for his own protection.

The media hype has caused the situation that his face will be recognised where-ever he goes and in view of his offences, there will be certain groups of people who will track him down and then who knows ??
