  1. He must not be on duty when alter boys are being molested, people are starving to death all over the world, and when George W. Bush got into office again.....

  2. I think God is an invention of the small minded!

  3. Oh yeah, He's always there!

Unfortunately we have a way of blaming the bad stuff on Him, and not giving Him credit for everything He gives us. I guess it's just human nature :\

  4. Pretty avatar Rita. But God is always there. We overlook that He is there watching for us. But it takes us to show that He is there. We cant prevent things from happening to good people but we have to be there to pick up the pieces that some one has destroyed. God cant prevent horrible things from happening but it in the long run makes us stronger. ONly a believer would know that.

  5. god is 24/7

  6. Sometimes, we think God is like us... since we have limitations... we assume God does to.  But God is not like us.  Sure, when he came to earth for a period of time in human form, He was more like us but He is not just like us.  When He created us, He made us a bit like Himself - soul, spirit, body - but not exactly like Himself.  He is bigger than we can imagine!  He doesn't sleep, He always knows, He always cares, He is ever present, and watching over His children is not a 'duty' but a joy - it is who He is.  He is motivated by love and a desire for relationship.

  7. Of course, He is always by our side. He always sees us.!

  8. He is a Patient Divine Being..........He is such a Divine Being that He would even be grieved by Hitler's death.........I don't think I'll ever understand Him.

  9. didn't he set down at the seventh day!

  10. I think He`s just watching, that`s what free will is all about.

  11. Yes, He is always there on the side line (so to speak)  waiting for when we need him.

  12. There is much confusion as to who and what God is and it is no wonder the teachings of today are tied to the past and cannot let go for fear of loss of authority.

    6. OMNIPOTENCE AND OMNIFICENCE - P.1299

P.1299 - §5 To advocate the omnificence of primal Deity would be equal to disenfranchising well-nigh a million Creator Sons of Paradise, not to mention the innumerable hosts of various other orders of concurring creative assistants. There is but one uncaused Cause in the whole universe. All other causes are derivatives of this one First Great Source and Center. And none of this philosophy does any violence to the freewillness of the myriads of the children of Deity scattered through a vast universe.

P.1300 - §4 To recognize Deity omnipotence is to enjoy security in your experience of cosmic citizenship, to possess assurance of safety in the long journey to Paradise. But to accept the fallacy of omnificence is to embrace the colossal error of Pantheism.
