If his friend dies as a result of the accident, should Nick be charged with criminally negligent homicide. Should Nick be made to pay all medical bills related to the accident

  3. No.  He was sentenced. Maybe he can get off early for good behavior.

    His parents (Nick is a minor) will have to pay those medical bills.  I'm sure it will be worked out with the insurance companies.

  4. **** NO. He drives crazy all the time and the one thing I can't stand is a reckless driver. He deserves to be in jail he was no only driving horribly but injured his friend for a long time. Who cares if he likes it or not, I hope he wakes up! and realizes life is not just fun

  6. Its amazing how screwed up the American Justice system is. And its sad that it takes a rich kid getting caught up in the gears of that system, just like every other normal person would have, for it to make the news.

    What I'm referring to is Nick's mom crying and b1thc1ing over how screwed up the system is on the recorded phone call... really, I mean this ain't news to me.

    All I want is for him to be treated like any other person would be... which involves life in prison or the chair, because lets face it, if six pack Joe was in his shoes he'd be frying in some chair in Texas right now, and not whining to his parents that his cell has no windows. Yes it inhumane, yes it makes you crazy, yes it doesn't rehabilitate, yes it not fun, but thats what us NORMAL people get.

Jail is not a country club and well it is not a nice place.  NIcky if you did the crime you deserve to do the time.  There are no magical get out of jail cards because you don't like the place.  Give me a break.  I hope his family takes Nicky to Civil court.  Big deal if his father is Hulk Hogan.  Maybe The Hulkster should have a steroids test.  I hope the victims family gets rewarded well for this because this is a major tragedy

  16. The whole concept of jail is that people will not like it.  That is the whole mechanism that creates the situation to PUNISH a person for doing wrong.

    He was driving wrecklessly while drunk and someone was seriously hurt as a result.  He is responsible and is being punished.  With any luck, he will learn from this experience.

    He should be put in general population.. Then he can really pay for what he has done.

    Hulk says that its because the other kid wasnt good or something and he got this because of god. No he got this because your son is a r****d who speeds all the ***** time.
